I have decided to do the Simple English Propers version of the Introit for Sunday. I don’t feel I’m prepared enough to lead you on the original Gregorian version (hectic week!). You can breathe a sigh of relief that we’re doing the EZ version of the proper but a warning: There will be original Gregorian versions to come down the road (they are beautiful and substantive).
To any of you who have practiced the original Gregorian version, my apologies. Just consider it practice and future preparation for next year.
